p.s. we also introduced games such as Bible henyo - all things/facts from the bible... the kids get to have fun from the different categories : people, events, places....as well as, whether the answer is from old testament or new testament... try it... you'll all have a blast... God bless!!!

This school year - rather on our SOC schedules, we have our Seniors class concentrating on the OMSIFY materials - more on doctrine oriented. They have fun in class with different presentations and lectures..as well as they participate in reporting and group works.

Our Junior class have diverted from the WAP materials for a while as our resources on it is very limited. So our children can now concentrate on the bible timeline - from the beginning to end- people, events and places. Bible facts...

Beginners and primary class enjoys the continuation of WAP materials - with bible stories, student paper activities, crafts and arts...also they get to have puppet shows, christian kids movies/stories, as well as children's church.
There is also a sunday that is set aside for sharing and playtime for the toddlers and beginners class. The toys and books have been graciously donated by the saints of PARC from last December 2010.\

Our bulletin board is filled with pictures, updates on events and teacher/lesson schedules quarterly and now we're trying a trimester schedule.


Hope some of these things we do in our church, will help you with ideas, to lift your classes to enjoy learning about God in your church.

Praise the Lord!!! Dear Sunday School Teachers: its time to plan ahead... it may be half way round the year already but are your lesson plans teacher centered? student centered? or Christ - centered? Make sure it is focus on God, and bible based all the way!!!

i really find it hard to maintain children's retention of bible verses..Anu po kaya magandang solution for that?

we are bless soooo bless by this children and proud to be the granny and grandpa to anjo, thank God for giving us our precious and beautiful unique daughter alpa whom we raised them up in fearing God above all. Glory to God...amen.
