PSALM 139

BUILDING THAT WAS RAZED DOWN TO THE GROUND BY A MINISTER

AN ADMONITION TO ALL MINISTERS 1Thes 2: 3-8.
3.For our exhortation was not of deceit nor of uncleaness, nor in guile. But as we were allowed of God to be put in trust with the gospel even so we speak not as pleasing men but God which trieth our hearths. For neither at any time used we flattering words as ye know nor a cloke of covetousness; God is witness. Nor of men sought we glory neither of you nor yet of others when we might have been burdensome as the Apostles of Christ. But we were gentle among you even as a nurse cherisheth her children. So being affectionately desirous of you, we were willing to have imparted unto you not the gospel of God only but also our own souls, because ye were dear unto us.

May all of us would be able to attain maturity in Christ that is vital for the true brotherhood.…

CRY FOR JUSTICE
An Apostolic Church building built by members themselves but was destroyed by a minister. Pastor C. Ompad sensing a breaking away from his Organization by these people initiated the destruction with no consideration at all. All beams & posts including roofing panels were removed, taken & hauled away. The day that the axe fell upon these people of God was on August 17, 2007 as reported by those that was involved voluntarily in erecting their church building. There was a typhoon that day then when almost all the people in town were huddled inside their homes, this minister and his cohorts were busy dismantling the building. Its ironic, Jesus build church, these men destroys..with no remorse at all. The typhoon was a perfect cover of their unchristian shameful action.That was a dreadful day when evil gained ascendancy coming from a Minister. When Evil's alliance was embraced by a Minister of the Gospel. It was unbelievable especially this heinuous act coming from a respectable Individual that belong to a respectable Organization.
His action was even denounced quietly by some ministers in his own Organization. No reasons at all can justify this act of injustice in his part. Inspite of this, even after when the church building was fully demolished by him and his crew, a handfull of christian people, members in particular continued in their faith and was not deterred by the evil act of Mr. C. Ompad. Faith manifest itself. Some of the elders of the church tried their very best to retrieved some of the building materials and musical instruments that was also taken away by Mr. Ompad, resorting even of reporting the incident to some officials of the UPC Organization where Mr. C. Ompad was & is still licensed. But they received no response and help at all. A reason even up to this day is unknown & unexplained. The evil of politics surmised & its tentacles spread & dominated. There were small number of members who were determined to continue in their church service even using umbrellas when it rained. Today, some of them are still continuing in their faith although others were so discouraged and has given up in their faith which was attributed by their anger and disgust. But a handful of them was left and was determined to go on no matter what happened. Their wounds are being continuosly healed by the Lord. They have forgiven the atrocities done to them by Mr.Ompad, and even has continued in praying for him. Daily attempts of forgiveness was a struggle for most of them.. But no choice..They have to. Its a process of their healing. Justice from Christ is coming. If not in this present life, it will be on the next. And for those that was deeply wounded in this very sad incident, unprecedented in the history of Philippines Apostolics, (Destroying a place of Worship) healing & forgiveness is vital. At the same time it prompted all of us to trust more in Christ the author and finisher of our faith.
i can say that when people are being treated as merchandise, evil will gain ascendancy. And when we treat the things of this world more important and valuable than souls, then evil will prevail.
For those that have read this, your prayers are needed for these brethren both the agressors and the victims that there will be reconcillation and restoration. Some of them that were deeply wounded & victimized by this injustice are still crying for JUSTICE... After all we are our brother's keeper...

Your comments are so accurate! Experiencing Christ's suffering before they teach on it or pretend to know about it would generate better qualified comments/teachings. Our suffering for Him and with Him goes a long way toward "knowing the power of His resurrection, and the fellowship of His suffering."

Andre tiangha on December 16, 2010 at 11:09am: When men present or preach Christ righteousness, or formulating their own concept of Christ's way of looking things and if their platform is based from their comfort zones position, will never come to a true revelation of seeing things the ...way Apostle Paul saw of Christ's. Its sad.
Php 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
Those that suffered and walked with Christ meet Christ's design criteria.
But those that emplies of emposing their own and based in their own concept without experience, preach only their own conviction based in their dreams and assumption of how Christ suffered,.. How will you think they would be able to feel the true rejection? the true abandonment?, the true persecution?.. Thats one reason that some minister has distanced themselves from the true call of Christ which demand accountability. Void of true burden of Christ for His Church. Brutal to those that advocates Brotherhood and the sad result..true unity in the Body of Christ is nowhere to be found because the leaders themselves made The Way narrower more than the Narrow Way as stated in the Bible. A distorted Concept of suffering they got from a comfort zone perspective. Division gained ascendancy when men that has no experience with the suffering of Christ becomes the elected Leaders of Church or Organization. A minister that suffered with Christ will always love Christ church. But those that has no experience or has refused, will always call evil good and good evil. More focus on their own accomplishment more on their Organization Agenda more on pleasing those under their umbrella and so judgemental to those outside their Organizations and they focused more on the outward appearance than the inside.. Rigidity is the name of their game. Those that wants to lead but refuse to suffer Christ's suffering, preach only their own dreams and their own conviction. Untouched by the plight of others in need.. and those that will hear them.. are dreamers themselves. All their works, conviction, platforms etc are all but based on dreams.. Specializing in fables. No experience on the suffering of Christ at all. Where do you think the holier than thou attitude came from?.. From the dreamers!!.. You want to reign with Christ?.. then learn His way. Learn to accept that His way is the only way and theres no other way.. Will you suffer with Him ?.

So many preachers out there. But how many are really true ministers of Christ? Preaching the Gospel is norm for someone claiming to be called of God. But ministering to people as a called minister is imparting something precious than merely preaching the Gospel only. It is the second mile experience call of God to every preachers. If prayers be said, it will be also to those that preach the Word. Thay they will not be Lord over God's heritage, that they will run with patience, that they will not be desirous of vain glory, that hey will not faint, that they will not be greedy of filthy lucre, that they will not fall in temptation, that they manage well their own families, that Christ alone they served, that they will not be pleasers of men and that they love the brotherhood. Judgement executed in the House of God, must be by ministers that has imparted their souls to their congregation.. Any minister that has done that, will never see an incident like this ever happening in his ministry. Failure of a minister in watering God's vineyard is resulted to an environment that relationship between him and his congregation is shallow. An environment that evil prevails is an environment that God's presence is nil. An arena where politics are being practiced by denominations, Organizations and even God's Church itself if it allows politics, will hinder the true directions coming from God that churches these days badly needed. So many men holding positions claiming they are given by God, a divine calling claiming they are called by God that hinders if not, even laid havoc towards the true plan of the Almighty. All of us, if we failed to examine ourselves in areas or things that tend to compete in our affection to Him are vulnerable from the attacks of satan. And would not be able to withstand the fiery darts of the wicked. Organizations are good as long that it serves the people rather than the people serving the Organization. Organizations that serves are the one that politics are being checked, muzzled, controlled and eliminated. Doctrine of Nicolaitans which Jesus hates evolved in controlling God's people. To be Lord over God's heritage does. Politics does. Manipulations is one of the byproduct of politics. Where politics are being practiced, compromising is accepted. Sadly, It oppose the very teaching of Christ when it comes to leadership.. To have a controlling power over God's people invites a spirit of error. Absolute power corrupts.. Jesus said they that will be the greatest shall be the servant of all. A question can be asked.. what image does a minister portrays in his life?.. Is it an image of being a master? or being a servant?..

These days, if I see a child of God being touched by the Almighty, I rejoice knowing another child is being directed of God to His ways.. away from direction governed by carnal leaders that only led God's children outside the covering of the Almighty.. I salute those that has found the ways of God. Their steps will always be ordered and directed by The Lord.

If theres a special prayer request to be requested, it will be for those that were wounded, those that were so discouraged, those that left JCARC church because of what Mr C. Ompad has done. And to do them justice, is to earnestly pray for them.. That forgiveness will find its ways in their hearts.. and righteousness prevails.. God bless..

As what Jesus told to Peter; "Upon this rock I will build my church... even the gates of hell shall not prevail against it!" Praise the Lord for building the true and everlasting church! To the members who suffered to this devastation "HOLD ON, WEAR THE BELT OF SALVATION! JUDGMENT IS IN THE HAND OF GOD!
